Robert J. Donnelly
Attorney
Bob has been practicing law in South County for more than 40 years and joined Kenyon Law Associates in 2019 after three decades with Kelly, Kelleher, Reilly & Simpson. His practice includes residential and commercial real estate, lending, condominium development, zoning and municipal law.
Bob also brings extensive municipal experience, having served as Assistant Solicitor for the Town of Narragansett for 23 years and the Town of North Kingstown for 10 years, with a focus on land use and municipal matters. He has represented both borrowers and lenders in a wide range of residential and commercial financing transactions.

Sherin B. Lussier
Attorney
Sherry has practiced in all aspects of real estate law for more than 30 years and has handled thousands of residential and commercial closings throughout Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
Her practice also includes estate planning and administration, business formation and governance, and contract law. Her broad experience allows her to assist clients with the many legal issues that can intersect with real estate ownership, business interests and estate planning.

Paige Armstrong Stone
Paralegal
Paige brings more than 35 years of experience in the legal field to the team and has been an integral part of Kenyon Law Associates for more than 10 years.
She works with the attorneys on all aspects of client representation, preparing documents, coordinating and communicating between the parties involved in the transactions.
In addition to real estate work, Paige assists the attorneys with estate planning, probate and business client matters as well as scheduling and the many administrative and legal details necessary to keep matters organized and moving forward.
The Kenyon Legacy
Kenyon Law Associates traces its roots to Archibald “Archie” Kenyon, Jr., who practiced law in Rhode Island for more than 60 years. Admitted to the Rhode Island Bar in 1954, Archie practiced first in Providence before establishing his practice in Wakefield, where he became a well-known member of the South County legal community. He also served at various times as Town Solicitor for South Kingstown and Richmond.
Throughout his career, Archie handled significant real estate, municipal, zoning and commercial matters, including cases before the Rhode Island Supreme Court. His work included complex property litigation, waterfront real estate disputes and involvement in the Narragansett Indian land-claim litigation of the 1970s.
Archie remained active in the practice of law until just days before his passing in 2016. His sons, Stephen and John Kenyon, continued the firm’s tradition for decades.
Today, Kenyon Law Associates continues to serve individuals, families, businesses and lenders throughout Rhode Island while remaining firmly rooted in the South County community.

During a legal career spanning more than four decades, Stephen practiced law in South County with a focus on residential and commercial real estate, business law, estate planning and estate administration.
Throughout his career with Kenyon Law Associates, Stephen represented individuals, families and businesses in purchases, sales, financing transactions and a wide range of related legal matters.
John F. Kenyon
Partner
John has more than 35 years of legal experience, including substantial civil and commercial litigation experience at the local, state and federal levels in Rhode Island.
Over the course of his career with Kenyon Law Associates, he has represented individuals and businesses in matters involving zoning, land use, property and estate disputes, landlord-tenant matters, contracts and business disputes.
